Administration
On board administration personnel are in charge of all departments on the cruise ships except Bridge and Engine Room.
Administrators are trained in hotel management and in procedures and protocols for international travel on the seas.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Front desk services
- Crew administration and human resources
- Overseeing customs regulations
- Accounting ship clearances in various ports of call
- Revenue records
