Housekeeping

Like any fine hotel, Housekeeping on board a HAL ship is critical to the day-to-day enjoyment of our guests.

Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness of all guest staterooms and public areas including offices and crew areas.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest staterooms
• Room service
• Organizing laundry/dry cleaning
• Maintenance of public areas and soft goods
• Internal ship deliveries
• Luggage handling
• Assisting with embarkation and greeting guests.
• In addition, Housekeeping staff play an important role in how a ship addresses any onboard illness situations.
